This notice covers this website only. Each C-Level Space networking space has its own privacy notice, which its members accept when they join.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or forms, and it does not ask you for any personal data. If you write to us, we use your email only to reply to you.

When you visit

Cloudflare, which hosts this website, processes the technical data your browser sends to load a page, such as your IP address, only to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We do not set cookies, use analytics or keep logs of visits.

When you write to us

We use your email address and your message to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or the steps you ask us to take before a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We keep the conversation for 12 months after our last exchange, unless it leads to a contract.

Who else processes your data

• Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards email sent to hello@c-level-space.com.
• Google provides the mailbox where that email arrives.

Both act on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes. Where they process it outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to hello@c-level-space.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.
