The conversations that matter start too late

At an event, some of the conversations that matter start too late: on the last afternoon, in a corridor, or once everyone is home. By then the business cards are in a drawer.

Before the event, attendees find whom they want to meet. After it, they pick up what was left pending — the thing they promised to send, the person who was too busy to talk on the day — without anyone having to swap an email address.

Your attendees get more out of your event: networking tools on top of the programme, and a reason to come back to the next edition.

We do not replace your registration tool or your event app. We add the private room where the conversations start before the event and carry on after it.

The rules of the space

Most event platforms let exhibitors scan badges and take attendees’ details. We built the opposite. Every space follows the same rules:

  1. Nobody sees anyone’s email address.

    Not other attendees, not sponsors. If two people want to swap emails, they do it themselves.

  2. Nobody writes without asking first.

    A conversation opens only when the other person says yes.

  3. Saying no costs nothing.

    The sender cannot tell a decline from a block.

  4. Every request says why, and there is a daily limit.

    Nobody is flooded.

  5. What members write to each other stays on the platform.

    Email alerts say that something is waiting, never what it says.

  6. Nobody is watched.

    The platform does not record who views whom.

  7. Data stays in the EU.

    Stored in Frankfurt, with no third-party trackers or analytics.

The rules are the same in every space. Everything else is customised your way: your event’s name, your colour, your dates, your sector.

For your team

You decide who comes in, and you can suspend or remove anyone who breaks the rules. That person is told your reason; nobody else is told anything.

Your space carries your event’s brand: your logo, and the logos of the sponsors and partners you choose.

Your space has its own email address, delivered to your usual inbox.

Every space comes with set-up, training and support. There is no software-only version: we set it up, train your team and stay behind it.

We are also your backup. If you prefer, we can be the team that runs your space for you.

One event or a whole series

  • Each event gets its own space, on its own dates.
  • The space opens before your event and closes after it, on dates we agree with you.
  • The attendees of one event never see those of another.
  • Every further event in the series is one more space, not a new project.
